Why cashing out may not be available yet

If you see that a partner has become Active in your dashboard but you are unable to cash out earnings right away, two factors might affect:

  • NET+30 payment term and
  • payment method thresholds.

1. NET+30 payment term

Payouts are made on a NET+30 basis. This means commissions become payable 30 days after they are generated. 

Please review the Terms & Conditions, section 5.3 here.

Even if you see the active partner in your dashboard and the bonus in your balance, it must first complete the NET+30 period before being eligible for cashing out.
 

2. Payment method threshold

Your selected payment method, with a minimum cash-out threshold, also determines whether you can withdraw funds.

For example, you set bank transfer as a payment method, with a minimum payout threshold of 100 USD. If your balance is below the threshold, the cash-out option will not yet be available.

When cashing out becomes available

You will be able to request a payout once:

  • The NET+30 period has passed, and

  • Your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold for your selected payment method.
